Yes, all treatments offered through StriveRX require a valid prescription. After you complete your purchase, a licensed provider will review your medical history and confirm eligibility before any medication is dispensed.
Each plan includes your prescribed medication, provider oversight, shipping, and access to our medical support team. There are no hidden fees what you see is what you pay.

Unfortunately, they cannot dispense sterile compounds and do not have a license in the following US states: CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NORTH CAROLINA, TEXAS, MASSACHUSETTS, MISSISSIPPI, NEW HAMPSHIRE, WEST VIRGINIA, and DELAWARE.

We currently offer our weight management program in 42 states. The states we cannot serve currently are Alaska, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Carolina and West Virginia.
You can use your HSA or FSA funds to pay.
We can also provide a superbill if needed. Note: some plans require a letter of medical necessity to qualify. Our medical team can assist you with this.
If the funds available in your HSA or FSA accounts don’t cover the entire amount, we can split payment between multiple cards.
